Yes. We take the safety of your home very seriously. All Neatlyon professionals are fully vetted, background-checked, and covered by a $2,000,000 commercial liability policy. We are also fully WSIB compliant, making us safe to operate in both residential homes and commercial buildings.
Appliance Repair FAQ
Absolutely. We stand behind our work with a comprehensive 90-day guarantee on both the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) replacement parts we install and the labor provided by our technicians. If the same part fails within 90 days, we fix it for free.
We believe in honesty. Our technicians follow the "50% Rule." If your appliance is past its expected lifespan and the cost of the repair exceeds 50% of the price to buy a brand new one, we will candidly advise you to replace it rather than wasting your money on a temporary fix. You will only pay the standard diagnostic fee.
