Who Are You Letting Into Your Home?
Inviting a service professional into your personal sanctuary requires absolute trust. Whether you are letting a cleaner into your house while you are at work, or having a technician fix your refrigerator around your family, you deserve to know exactly who is stepping through your front door.
At Neatlyon, we do not operate like gig-economy apps that let anyone with a mop or a wrench sign up. We treat our clients' homes as if they were our own. To guarantee your safety, security, and the highest quality of service, every single member of the Neatlyon team must pass our rigorous, mandatory 5-Step Vetting Protocol before they ever wear our uniform.
Our Strict 5-Step Vetting Protocol
1. Identity & Criminal Background Checks
We conduct comprehensive, nationwide identity verifications and criminal background checks on every applicant. If an applicant has a criminal record or cannot verify their legal working status in Canada, they are immediately disqualified.
2. Trade Licensing & Skill Verification
A clean background isn't enough; they must be experts in their field. We verify all trade licenses for our appliance technicians, ensuring they are legally certified to handle high-voltage electricity and gas. Our cleaners undergo rigorous practical tests to prove their attention to detail.
3. In-Person Behavioral Interviews
We don't hire over the phone. Every candidate sits down for an extensive in-person behavioral interview with our management team. We assess their professionalism, communication skills, and how they handle difficult customer service scenarios.
4. Fully Insured, Bonded & WSIB Cleared
Once hired, all professionals are covered under Neatlyon's $2,000,000 Commercial General Liability insurance policy. They are fully bonded against theft, and registered with the WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board), meaning you carry zero liability if an accident happens on your property.
5. Ongoing Quality Control & Client Reviews
The vetting doesn't stop after they are hired. We continuously monitor performance through client reviews and unannounced field spot-checks. If a professional's rating drops below our strict 4.8-star standard, they undergo mandatory retraining or are removed from our platform.
