- Fee Applied to Labor: If you approve our repair quote, your $79 diagnostic fee is applied directly toward the final labor cost.
- Upfront Part & Labor Quote: Once diagnosed, we give you a flat-rate price for the exact part and labor required. You approve the total before we turn a single wrench.
House Cleaning Pricing
Cleaning prices vary based on the square footage of your home, its current condition, and whether you have pets. Here is how we build your custom quote:
Standard Recurring Cleaning
Priced as a flat rate based on frequency (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly) and your home's size. Consistent pricing for ongoing maintenance.
Deep & Move-In/Out Cleaning
Priced slightly higher as these involve intensive detailing, scrubbing baseboards, inside appliances, and interior windows.
Carpet & Window Cleaning
Specialty services are quoted based on volume to give you the most accurate and fair price possible:
- Carpet Cleaning: Quoted per room, hallway, or staircase. Additional targeted treatments available for severe pet stains or odor removal.
- Window Cleaning: Quoted based on the number of window panes, accessibility (1st vs 2nd story), and whether you need interior, exterior, or both.
